S+ MEMBER – Terms & Conditions

• Membership privileges are exclusively available to customers enrolled in the S+ MEMBER program.
• Membership benefits are strictly personal and may only be used by the registered member.
• The company reserves the right to modify the membership system, including terms and privileges, without prior notice.
• In the event of any dispute, the company’s interpretation and decision shall be final.
• Membership privileges cannot be combined with other promotions or special offers.
• Upon redemption, reward points will be deducted on a first-in, first-out (FIFO) basis. Redeemed points will not be considered in retrospective tier calculations.

Reward Points

• Reward points are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Expired or redeemed points cannot be reinstated or recovered.
• Points are calculated based on the net amount shown on each receipt.
• Points from wallet top-ups are awarded on the payment date of the top-up.
• Spending from wallet balances does not earn additional points.
• Purchases of medications, medical supplies, and therapeutic medical procedures are excluded from point calculations.
• Special point privileges (Double Points / Campaign Points) may be applied once per receipt only and cannot be combined with other campaigns unless explicitly stated.
• Reward points cannot be added retroactively. Members must present their registered phone number on the service date to receive points.

Membership Tier Adjustment

• Tier adjustments are calculated based on accumulated spending over the most recent 12-month period.
• Tier changes take effect automatically on the following day.

Points Validity

• Reward points are valid for one (1) year from the month of purchase.
• Points will expire automatically based on the transaction date from one year prior.

Membership Validity

• Membership cards do not expire.
• Tier status may be upgraded or downgraded automatically based on accumulated spending within the most recent 12-month period.
